I see posts which just collect our CV and they never contact us back. Can we make sure that we only submit wherever it will be utilized?
Some post like, require experienced professional with 1 to 10 years experience in Insurance sector.

My answer to your query is same(ref. query1)..

"My first & foremost suggestion to all of you, look at the requirement first. If your profile/skills align to the role or the job post, then only share your resume or approach to the concern member & can expect an acknowledgement.

As many a times,
 for a recruiter it's a challenge to revert or acknowledge such emails where the candidates are referring to X role & asking to apply for Y.."
